Looking for a housemate to move in ASAP

We’re a mixed house of five students (2 boys and 3 girls) living at Arnold Road, just a short walk from Highfield Campus. One of our housemates has dropped out, so we’re looking for someone friendly to join us ASAP! The rent is £550 a month including all bills, and the house has two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a shared living area. Everyone’s easygoing and sociable - we like chatting, cooking together, and hanging out, but also respect each other’s space, especially during busy study times.
