Hi! We have 1 spare room in a house that is in Highfield area, it is about a 10 minute walk from campus and within walking distance from the burger king and Tesco on Burgess Road. The house has 5 rooms in total, at the moment there are 2 girls and 2 boys, so looking for 1 more. Vibe of the house is very chill, not too loud but also down to socialise with movie nights and going out every now and then. The tenancy starts 1st of July so ideally we are looking for people to sign up before then. The rent per week is roughly £119.00 per person (this price includes the UniHomes package will all of the bills). It has a small garden and patio and has a lovely open kitchen/living room area which also has a washing machine. There are two bathrooms upstairs each with a toilet (so 2 toilets and 2 showers).
