Spare room in big house in Portswood

In a prime location, located in the middle of town, Portswood and campus, we have a spare room that needs filling. The house has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, with a decent amount of socialising area as well as personal space. The room is quite large and has a double bed. We are 4 sociable lads going into our 2nd year and study a variety of courses, play a selection of sports and like to go out.
