Newly refurbished 5-bed house, need 5 people to fill rooms, 5 minute walk from campus

We are currently three second year male students, going into year 3 and are looking for 5 people to fill our newly refurbished (since August 2021) 5-bed house which we are not keeping for next year. The contract for next academic year begins on 1st July 2022 so looking for people willing to move in early. The house is a 5-10 minute walk from campus so is easily accessible.
