Room still available in the 5 bedroom house for 21/22!!!

Hi!:) I am Julia and I'm looking for someone to take my place in a 5 people student house with contract ending on the 1st of July 2022. The bedroom is freshly painted, fully-furnished, with double bed. The house is very spacious with newly renovated bathrooms, a living room and a big kitchen. Current housemates are 4 boys and 2 girls, everyone in second year. House is 5 minutes walk from campus. Rent - 340 (bills not included).
