Spacious room available for a year starting July in a well-kept house in Portswood. Currently 3 Boys and 1 Girl signed on for next year just need a 5th housemate to complete the contract. Very tidy house with a big open-plan kitchen/dining/ living room with lots of storage. We are all 3rd year students going into 4th year or work next year and would preferably have a 3rd year + student fill the room.
