7th person needed! ASAP

We are a group of 6 guys who are looking for a 7th person. We have secured a house with a deadline of the 30th. It is in a extremely good location, whilst also being a really good house. We study mechanical/aerospace engineering, law, maths, and a mix of other subjects. We are looking for someone clean, easy to live with, and who we can vibe with. We enjoy playing pool, cards or whatever for that day, but we just want to keep the house tidy and having a chill environment, we don't plan on throwing any huge house parties but will certainly go to many.
