Spare Room In 4 Bed Girls House

We have a spare double room in our 4 bed 2 bathroom house. The house is available from July 1st and is about £445 pcm not including bills. Highfield campus and Portswood are both roughly a 10 minute walk away which is useful! We are 3 girls aged 20-21 who are going into our third/ final year studying healthcare subjects.
