Room Avaliable

Hi, due to a change in circumstances I now no longer require my room for this year and would like to find someone to take over my contract. The room is spacious and in a house with 5 other housemates who are all Undergrad students. The house is located on Upper Shaftesbury Avenue (less than 5 minute walk to campus) and all the housemates are friendly and easy to get on with.
