Housemate needed 26/27

We're a group of 3 looking for a 4th housemate to live with next year, I'm a first year and the other two are second years all aged 19/20 (two boys one girl). The house is on Granby Grove about 2 minutes away from campus, it has 4 bedrooms all double beds with a full bathroom and another bathroom with just a toilet. It has a driveway with space for 2 cars and there's space on the road to park cars as well. The rent is £122 per week bills included, the deposit will be just over £500 each.
