Looking for one person to join our house next year (~£100pw)

Hello, we are currently four people (3 boys + 1 girl) studying electrical + electronic engineering & geography that live in a 5 bed property in portswood (Woodside Road). Looking for one extra person so that we can extend our contract for next year as we really like the property. Rent is very affordable (around £100 per week without bills) and the whole place has been recently renovated. Around a 20-25min walk to campus.
