Looking to fill my room from 1st December 2023 in a 4-bed sociable, clean house in Bevois Valley. Large furnished double room, garden, open plan living room (with TV)/kitchen, and bathroom. £375 a month (bills not included ~£60/month). To take over tenancy till 30th June 2023. The housemates currently include 2 females (PhD student and working professional) and 1 male (PhD student) aged between 25 and 27 - really friendly bunch!
