Hi!! Im looking for someone to take over my Studio Apartment at The Courtyard located on Portswood Road for the 2026/27 academic year due to a change in plans. Its a 44 week tenancy contract for a Studio Tokyo Apartment on the third floor with a rent of £250 per week. The room includes a double bed, study desk, bathroom, and kitchen.
