Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room from July and August until 5th September at 3 Sirdar Mews, 20 Sirdar Road. The rent is £490 pcm. The house has 5 people in total, 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The room overlooks a very well-maintained garden and has a large window, so it gets lots of natural light. After 5th September my contract ends because I’ll be moving house, but the landlord is looking for a female tenant, so if you like the room and the house, it’s very likely that you could sign a contract for the following year as well.
