1 more Flatmate needed to rent a flat in Columbia Lodge

Hello, We're 7 people looking for one more person to who wants to rent a flat. The flat is located at Columbia lodge. The cost is 99 pounds per week, all bills included. The flat itself is about a 10 min walk to Highfield, and about a 5 min walk to Boldrewood. Preferably, we're looking for a 3rd or 4th year male student.
