Hey guys! I am looking for a student tenant to take over my contract of this premium ensuite room in a 4 Ensuited flat. This is located right in the high street, city centre just at the door step of the port. It has quite big room with double bed and large living room! the monthly rent is £487.50 and I do not really living there and just paying rent for keeping my things.
