URGENT! looking for a replacement female tenant in an all girls house

Heyyy!! We're an all girls house with 5 bedrooms on Gordon Avenue. The house is spacious with the replacement tenant occupying the room downstairs. We've got a spacious living room with a TV, two toilets with one of the toilets being in a bathroom, a back garden and a washing machine + dryer. The house is a quick walk from most supermarkets and clubs. It's also a 25 min walk to the university and therefore not much of a hike! Replacement tenant should be able to move in preferably by the end of November 2025:)))
