Looking for Semester 1 contract (2024/2025)

Hey, I'm a 2nd year Maths student looking for a room for the 1st semester next year because I'm doing my 2nd semester abroad. I'm sociable and clean, and enjoy doing things as a house. It would be great if someone doing their 1st semester abroad could get in contact because we could split the contract between us and save a lot of money.
