The Students’ Union strives to ensure that every student receives the help they need when they face a problem. We provide a range of support for all of our members. However if there is something we can't directly help with, we can also guide you to the right support. Please choose the area you are looking for below for support or to find out more.

    The employment clinic offers free legal advice to current University of Southampton students. Employment law issues include discrimination, harassment, contractual issues, dismissal, and status problems. Free consultations are held with our specialist barrister at the Law School, situated on Highfield campus.

    The Family Law Clinic offers free legal advice to students of the University of Southampton with family law issues. These may include matters relating to child contact and residence, welfare, domestic violence, divorce, child support.
