Activities Coordinator (External Engagement)

As our Activities Coordinator for external engagement, you’ll support and develop the Union’s offer for student life at Southampton University, covering; engagement with the local community, charity fundraising, volunteering, employability and enterprise.

You will be part of our Activities Team, which covers the broad range of student opportunities available at University, both for personal and professional development. You’ll work with students on a daily basis and, in particular, our 315 affiliated Clubs and Societies to help them create a positive impact on the University and wider external communities.

You’ll be passionate about ensuring that students at the University of Southampton receive the best experience possible, whilst also being an excellent team player. Strong project management experience and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of external organisations and stakeholders would be beneficial.  You will have a flexible approach, being able to manage your workload and that of others.
