About | Role Profile |Working hours: 910 hours – flexible from part-time to full time - depending on individual availability. The amount of hours may be mutually increased depending on project progress.
PAYE Salary: Up to £13.57 per hour - depending on experience
Contractor Rate: Up to £15.60 per hour for self-employed contractors.
Duration: We would expect the project to be finished by July 2020. The hours may be completed over a shorter period.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced web developer to work with us to update our website www.susu.org as part of a wider website development project over the coming months.
Key deliverables for the role will include:
- Updates to online clubs & societies membership management systems
- Continuing to develop the overall website CMS
- Launch new website layout, in conjunction with our Marketing & Communications team
- Updating our e-commerce offer
- New features for our academic representation online systems
We are looking for a confident PHP/SQL coder, as well as someone experienced with HTML, CSS and JQuery, and working in a version-control environment. You will be able to take concepts and briefs in order to translate them into practical online systems. You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver deadlines under pressure, within an agile environment.
