We are recruiting for a Pre-Sessional Support Staff member to help with our digital offer for the Pre-Sessional Programme. The main purpose of the role is to ensure Pre-Sessional students have the opportunity to engage with all activities and services available to them at both SUSU and the University, through real-time support using WeChat. You will assist in the planning, delivering and promoting of an online social programme and answer questions and signpost to appropriate services.
You will need to be self-motivated and have experience using a range of social media platforms. Experience of using WeChat is not essential. It's essential that you have the ability to relate to, communicate with, and support international students, and seek solutions to problems, providing practical support where appropriate.
The role will be between May and September 2021 to cover the Pre-Sessional programme.
