35 hours per week over 5 days. Must be available to work during evenings and weekends.
The Role
As a Retail Supervisor at SUSU, you'll be part of a fast-paced team working together to deliver our retail offer. You'll provide a fantastic customer experience by planning, supporting, and delivering retail operations, ensuring effective stock control and service supervision. You'll lead a team of staff, both core and student support, and develop, support, and motivate them to also provide excellent customer service. You'll also work to ensure we are compliant, and our procedures are delivered to high standards.
About You
You should hold relevant and demonstrable retail experience including that of stock control, replenishment, and merchandising, and have excellent customer service skills. You should have a Basic Hygiene (Level 2) certificate and have, or be prepared to obtain, a Food Hygiene (Level 3) certificate. It's also essential that you have cashier experience and a good level of numeracy and computer-literacy skills. You can find the full Person Specification within the Role Profile attached.
