£11.51 - £12.58 per hour
The Role
The successful candidate will join the Social Enterprise team at SUSU and help deliver our growing food range in our outlets which include The Stag’s student pub, Bridge Café Bar and Plant Pot Vegan café. You will play a part in driving the high standards expected in each outlet and developing dishes and menus with the outlet manager. SUSU is a not-for-profit organisation and as such all revenue generated goes back into funding the activities of the SU. As well as the day-to-day service in the outlets there will also be buffets and functions to be prepared for events held in our buildings.
About You
You will need to be a motivated and engaged individual with a passion for delivering high standards daily. You will be passionate about food and keen to work with the team to develop your skills and knowledge further. You should be flexible as there will be occasional unsociable hours but we have multiple vacancies for these roles so we can discuss working patterns during the recruitment process. You will need to be organised and have knowledge of food safety although we will deliver Food Hygiene training to successful candidates.
