SUSU Lettings is looking for highly motivated lettings assistants to support the team in delivering excellent quality housing to students in Southampton. You will work closely with the lettings team to offer support and administration to the team and our students.

The Role

Your role with SUSU lettings will primarily involve you booking and conducting viewings during our peak season in November and December. This will then evolve as viewings quieten down to assist with administration, email correspondence and day-to-day running of the agency. 

About You

You will be passionate about student housing and ensuring that our students have access to affordable and quality housing that they can call home. With outstanding organisation skills, excellent communication and time-management skills, you will be enthusiastic and punctual when attending viewings, committed to ensuring that the properties on offer are of a high quality and keen to support the expansion of our agency.
