The Role 

This role will be ideal for someone who is really passionate about customer service, and able to deliver it in a way that is appropriate to our student audience. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate that they can lead a team of their peers.   

Our Retail Student Supervisor role will involve you working across different areas of our SUSU Retail, meaning you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and develop experience in different areas, namely SUSU Shop and The Locker. 

You will have keyholder responsibility and will be required to work some open and close shifts including at the weekends. You will oversee a small team of student staff when on opens or closes. 

Term time operating hours in retail are typically 7am – 7pm weekdays and 9am – 4pm at weekends. Shift lengths are usually between 4-6 hours. 

You will work alongside our permanent, core staff and other student staff.
