£11.10 per hour
SUSU is looking for students who will be 21+ with at least 3 years driving experience in September 2023 to work as Safety Bus drivers.
As a Safety Bus driver, you will receive training to drive our diesel and electric buses and also complete a First Aid course which qualifies you for 3 years.
Regular weekly shifts start at 7.45pm and vary in duration from midnight to 3am finish, in addition to this, there are occasional daytime driving jobs for various events throughout the academic year.
About You
- You must be over 21 years old.
- Have over 3 years driving experience.
- Be calm under pressure and able to plan out fuel efficient routes.
- Good local knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Comfortable working late nights and lone working
