Retail Supervisor

The Shop is open 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday and weekends 9am - 4pm (during term time).

The work is 5 out of 7 days, between the hours 6.30am and 8pm. 

During holidays the shop is closed over weekends with the exception of some open days.

The role

The successful candidate will join the Social Enterprise (Retail Team) at SUSU and help deliver our growing offering in our outlets which include The Shop and The Locker.

You will play a part in driving the high standards expected in each outlet. This role will be ideal for someone who is really passionate about customer service, and able to deliver it in a way that is appropriate to our audience.

The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate that they can lead a team.   

SUSU is a not-for-profit organisation and as such all revenue generated goes back into funding the activities of the Students’ Union.

About You

You will need to be a motivated and engaged individual with a passion for delivering high standards daily.

You will be passionate about retail and customer service and keen to work with the team to develop your skills and knowledge further.

You will need to be organised and have knowledge of food safety although we will deliver Food Hygiene training to successful candidates.
