The Role

SUSU is looking for someone to join our Social Enterprise management team.

You will work alongside colleagues within our Food & Beverage and Retail departments, and you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of The Bridge, the coffee shop on our Highfield Campus.

You will be responsible for a team comprised primarily of student staff, but which also includes at least one full time member of staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring that agreed operational standards are met, the outlet is clean, safe, and inviting for our students. You will also manage stock levels, ensure fantastic customer service is delivered and work with the Head of Social Enterprise to ensure that we meet the needs of our ever-changing customers.      

 

About You

You will have experience of supervisory management within a similar industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.

SUSU is a fast paced and always evolving organisation so you will need to be comfortable with change and proactive in finding solutions and staying ahead of trends.
