The Role

Ensure the delivery of high levels of technical support at events, by leading a team of fellow support staff in the delivery of supporting elements including lighting, sound, and AV. Work with your team to ensure that the technical support is delivered safely and professionally. Contribute to the wider student experience by helping to deliver positive experiences at our events and activities.


About You

By already having an understanding the technical aspects to events, you should be able to troubleshoot issues when they occur. You will also need to be able to liaise between teams led by other SUSU staff or external contractors, to ensure an outstanding event. Be prepared to work unsociable hours, including overnight and weekends, but also be willing to develop your current levels of training and knowledge.
