The role 

8 hours per week, fixed term until 31 July 2024.  

 

Join Our Team as an Administrative Support Assistant! 

Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for organization and a flair for adaptability? Our business development department is seeking a versatile staff member to provide crucial administrative support. 

As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication. Your flexibility will be key as you tackle a variety of tasks, from data entry to coordinating meetings and assisting with project management. 

 

In this role, duties will include, but are not limited to: 

 

About you 

You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail enabling you to be adaptable in the working environment. Up for a challenge with a willingness to learn you will support the team. In addition, ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and work individually as well as in a team.  

Previous administration experience is beneficial.  

Experience of problem solving is beneficial but this is not essential, as long as you are willing to learn.  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is beneficial, and additional training will be given.
