The successful candidate will join the Social Enterprise (Retail Team) at SUSU and help deliver our growing offering in our outlets which include The Shop and The Locker.
You will play a part in driving the high standards expected in each outlet. This role will be ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, and able to deliver it in a way that is appropriate to our audience.
SUSU is a not-for-profit organisation and as such all revenue generated goes back into funding the activities of the Students’ Union.
24 Hours per week - most frequently worked across 4 days (2pm-8pm). Additionally some weekend hours (depending on business needs)
About You
You will need to be a motivated and engaged individual with a passion for delivering high standards daily.
You will be passionate about retail and customer service and keen to work with the team to develop your skills and knowledge further.
You will need to be organised and have knowledge of food safety although we will deliver Food Hygiene training to successful candidates.
