Are the Pies and Quiches ("Squishes") served in the Bridge (when the A la carte menu is not available) freshly prepared, cooked from frozen, or what?
Essentially, what is the preparation process for these dishes? Presumably they aren't as fresh as the items on the a la carte menu?

Having spoken with our catering managers, the pies and squishes are freshly prepared every week by the local pie manafacturer, Mud Pies, who deliver them to us each week frozen and then they're defrosted.
