What it says on the tin.

Phoning someone is a massive waste of time when an online booking form would do just fine.

Hi there,

Thank you for your submission. We have considered your suggestion and researched other Student Union Advice Centres. Due to the nature of the advice centre, having a reception in place is highly important. Without a reception, there would be appointments made at the service when it might not be the most appropriate method of support for the person. Having a receptionist (via phone or face to face) enables helpful signposting.
