Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your submission. I have got in touch with our Bars Manager who has responded with this:
The Stag’s opens at 11:30 every day. The Bridge is open from 8.30am, and can serve alcohol from 11:00. This is due to our license which doesn’t permit serving before this time.
