Serve garlic bread in the Bridge

There is a significant garlic bread shaped gap in the menu at the Bridge. Garlic bread is a staple food, which can easily be made both gluten free and vegan (#accessibleforall). It is usually featured on menus alongside onion rings, burgers, chips etc. and would be a very popular choice in the establishment. It's easy to prepare and cook, and can be ready in a matter of minutes. Only one page of the menu needs reprinting to implement this change.
Give the people what they want. Garlic bread for all.

Hi Jessica,
Thank you for your You Make Change submission.
We have had garlic bread on our menus before and it did not prove hugely popular. Most people actually opt for chips over any other side order. However, I will mention it to our new manager of the Bridge as a possibility for the Bridge menu for the start of next term.
Kind regards,
