gets sports and wellbeing to have a waiting list for booking courts and classes

Complete

A waiting list for classes and courts would mean if someone cancels last minute (more than 2 hours as per the booking rules) someone else who is on campus, has their kit on them and wanted to go could take that space, especially classes that are fully booked week on week like yoga.

Hi Chira,

Thank you for your submission which is a great idea. I have spoken to the Assistant Manager of Sport and Wellbeing who has replied to me with this response:

"We would love to be able to offer a system like this, but our current Gladstone MRM system does not allow that. We are going for a system upgrade next year and we are hoping this may offer some new and different functions and would look to implement this if possible. We are aware that there are times that people cancel and we would encourage to ring our team as they could advise if anything that evening for example has become free."

If you have any other feedback please feel free to get in touch!

Best wishes,

Steve Gore, VP Sports
