The University told us: "We are aware of the issues with the printer and have raised these with Serviceline. We believe the engineer has been a few times and we are awaiting some parts.  Please be assured that we are dealing with the matter, however we are happy for any student or staff member to raise a ticket through Planon or iSolutions for any issues that they identify with equipment or buildings."
