Can noisy events at the susu area be kept to a minimum?

Today music was blasting so loudly from a holi event it could be heard all through the library all day and was very distracting. It doesn’t need to be this loud and isn’t the first time it’s happened. Can events around exam times be kept to a slightly lesser noise level to avoid this situation again? 

Music doesn’t need to be audible from Hartley for people to have a good event?
