Power off projectors in the Bridge when they're not being used

Over the last few days, customers of the Bridge were exposed to a particulalry humorous scene. For large portions of each day, the two projectors in the main hall were running on full blast, proudly displaying a black screen with the following message in the bottom-right corner:

"No source detected. Save up 70% of your lamp power. Time to do your part in saving the planet."

I propose that our electronic friends are correct. When the projectors are not in use, they should be switched off.
