degender the model consitution
The Union should remove all references to binary gender, eg "he or she", "his or her", from their model consitution. Instead, these should be replaced with the gender-neutral version, eg "they", "their", so that the consitution is inclusive of all students, including those who are non-binary or differently gendered.

Thank you for your submission. We are currently reviewing the rules here at the union and we are pleased to announce that we will be degendering our model constitution. I have spoken to Democracy and they are happy to go ahead with this.
