It is too cold in Hartley Library. My fellow students and I have to put on our heaviest winter coats but still feel cold, and have finally caught a cold now. Perhaps because of this low temperature, it is difficult to find a study place where there is no one coughing, sniffing or sneezing, when winter hasn't even come. The low temperature and sickness that it caused has severely impeded studying and researching. It is our understanding that students have the right to study and research in the library without having to become unwell. We would highly appreciate it if this problem could be solved as soon as possible.
