Create £3/£3.50 meal deals at SUSU shop

The SUSU shop is a great place on campus to pick up food and snacks. However trying to buy a meal (sandwich + snack + drink) ends up costing upwards of £6, which is unaffordable and not competitive with major supermarket chains. By providing a student friendly meal deal SUSU shop can be a great place to stay on campus for lunch for example. This may be more expensive for hot sandwiches or pastries.

Hello - thank you so much for the great submission, and I'm pleased to report that Gary Smith, our Head of Retail, has confirmed that the kind of meal deal that you describe will be coming to the Shop in coming weeks, and is likely to cost somewhere around the price range you suggest.
