After speaking with the Library team, we feel this is a very unlikely scenario.

The vending machines, hot water tap and microwaves are available if you wish to purchase snacks from the Library, or bring in your own food and use the facilities provided. As we have noticed, students do take advantage of delivery companies like Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat so that is always an available option (though, I do personally know how limited these are past midnight). There is also consideration of staffing to be able to provide an evening/nighttime cafe which the team feel they would be unable to do. However, David kindly offered to raise this in the next Estates meeting, so while I am going to close this submission, if the meeting does end up with the University being able to offer an evening/nighttime cafe, I will reopen the submission and send a message. If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me through the comments section or by email: vpeducation@susu.org. If you don't hear anything back from this submission, it's safe to say this has been unsuccessful.

Hello, I have contacted the Library and queried if this would be possible. In the meantime, I'd advise bringing snacks or buying before the cafe closes!
