change the tvs in bridge back to itv

the bridge provides a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee or lunch as i so often do with my group of friends as a break from a library study session. they used to show itv which helped to give some relaxing entertainment however they have changed this to bbc news which is much less conducive to a relaxed break. this is a simple fix, bring back itv.
