Provide a service that helps you understand if you should question their grade. A friend of mine recently received feedback that made no sense. They had said that to improve he should include X, Y, Z but when he looked at his submission he had included X and Y but the marker had missed it. I don't know if this is common but they were told that it's not common practice to change marks but the marker had obviously overlooked this which I presuming would have impacted their grade. He couldn't find anyone to talk to this about and felt a bit helpless and cheated by the system.

Hi. My recommendation would be to raise this with your Deputy Head of School as a system would contain too many variables and wouldn't be consistent. Your friend can also submit a university appeal which may be able to support with checking feedback and amending marks. I do apologise for the inconvenience.
