I think the seitan very chewy and tastes a lot better - as well as the rice etc - if it's heated. Can this be an option?

Thank you for this submission!

I have discussed this with our Plant Pot manager. Typically the seitan is heated so unfortunately, it may have been a one-off issue that yours wasn't and I would like to apologise on behalf of the team if this was the case. Regarding heated rice, as the rice at Plant Pot is usually served in a salad type meal, it isn't heated. This is in addition to the health and safety risks of continuously warmed rice in the "served buffet" style manner that Plant Pot functions, posing hazards to students. If you would like your rice heated please feel free to use the microwaves we provide in the space around the corner from Plant Pot.
