I would like to reassure you that you are not alone in facing these issues, many students, including myself in halls three years ago, have experienced difficulties with the current provider. As such, you will be pleased to hear that their contract is expiring over summer and that currently there is open recruitment for providers to apply for. In May we will have the selection process for this. We have specified that applicants must provide timely fixes and that machines will be free at the point of use i.e., bills included in halls rent as to avoid difficulties with payments on apps. 

I am going to close this submission now as we are actively addressing these issues via the new tender which will be in place for the next academic year.
