Zero-Waste in The Shop

Is there a way we can weigh our own containers before filling up at the zero waste section, so that we only pay for the weight of the produce? (Basically don't want to pay extra just because I've brought my own jar!)

Hi,

Thank you for this submission!

I've spoken to our Shop Manager who has highlighted that the scale is temporarily out of order due to issues with sticker printing. However, it will be back up and running soon once we receive properly equipment from the supplier. 

Regarding having a tare option on the scale to mitigate self brought jars/packaging, I highlighted this to the Shop Manager and he has informed me that due to risks of people purposely taking more goods/items than they have paid for my voiding additional weight, we are unable to put this in place. Our recommendation however would be to use the supplied bags to weigh the goods, and then to pour these bags into your jar.
