Finding accommodation buddy system
You could allow third year students to sign up and pair with groups of first years looking for accommodation. That way the first years have an experienced student helping them and the third years have something great to put on their CV.

That a really interesting idea and we will take it to the next Student Communities Zone meeting for discussion. If it's helpful we do operate a peer support service where students can meet up with and talk to other students about student life issues and advice.
